Appwrite 发布 S3 API，任意 S3 客户端可直接接入其存储

Appwrite 发布面向 Appwrite Storage 的 S3 兼容 API，使用 AWS Signature Version 4，把标准 S3 操作映射到 Appwrite 存储，现有 S3 代码只需修改 endpoint、credentials 和 region 三处配置即可使用。
